  3. You look amazing and inspired me on the dukan website too! Help me! I am just starting..I have 50 pounds to lose! Where do I start!!??? What was a basic week like for you???

  4. Hi Life Complete. I'm sorry it took me so long to get back to you. A basic attack week for me consists of lots of tuna, grilled chicken breasts, lean beef patties served with dill pickles and mustard, and lean sandwich meat. I forego the fatfree dairy, but that is a personal preference. I drink diet drinks, water, coffee with sweetener, and green tea. I try to monitor my sodium intake and when it gets out of hand I try to compensate with the natural diuretic effect of green tea. I hope that helps. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

  6. It just depends on the nutrition facts. If it's high in carbs I'd recommend you avoid it. I drink my coffee with artificial sweetener only. You could use some skim milk perhaps? But remember it still adds carbohydrates, so if you want to lose weight as rapidly as possible avoid it.
