Hi All!

I want to apologize for my neglect of this blog. It is through no fault of my own. Over a week ago my home was in the line of one of the many tornadoes that came through the southern states. Consequently, I've been without internet since then. When all is back to normal you can count on replies to your comments as well as updates, photos, and recipes. Please stay tuned!

  2. I am so sorry to hear that. I'm so happy you're safe, and my heart goes out to all of you. We've had our fair share of Mother Nature, and the clean-up is never easy.

    Firstly I can't even imagine how horrendous it would be to experience a tornado. I am glad that you (and hopefully) your family and friends are ok.

    Secondly, I would like to congratulate you on your achievement. AMAZING!

    I am starting on the Dukan Diet tomorrow... have bought the book... read it cover to cover... and it is time... I was very dubious about the diet but you have confirmed that it really can work.

    I am 116kg which is 255 pounds.... hmmmm awful to put it out there! ... oh and yes I am only 5 foot 2 inches!.... So yes... :(

    I know I have a very very very long way to go but tomorrow is the day...
