I am on day 14 of the diet and so far have lost 7.5 pounds - I am very happy, but at the same time I am getting so tired of eating protein, how did you deal with food boredom? Also, I wanted to ask you about oat bran, do you have to have it everyday? and are shirataki noodles allowed unresctricted on PP days? what about edamame - can you have that on PP dys? sorry fo rthe 300 questions, I have so many as I really want this diet to work... I am tired of being fat! Thanks a lot for your help! Now your new follower.

  13. You look absolutely amazing in that swim suit! I have just found your blog and I want to start on the dukan diet straight after New Years Eve. One thing that does put me off it a little is how people say you will have really bad breath! Did that happened to you and if it did how did you get around the problem.

  15. hey!
you are amazing! losing all that weight, being so patient- farrkk its sooo inspirational and brave!
i live in australia just started the diet and am now on cruise. the thing that attracted me to this diet, is that you can eat bread and starchy things again later on, and eventually eat everything but i was wondering if its hard to maintain and stabilise your weight once you reach it? I was reading about it google news, and there was one article that said in a survey of 5000 dukaners after 5 years 80% of dukaners had regained their weight and this made me really uneasy about the whole thing....

I was amazed :) ! But everything went back, all the pounds, even more, so I am at the beginning again. But thanks to you and your will, i WILL NOT give up! :)) It's my 2nd day, and i started it with cheese and yogurt without fat.
