A Year Makes All the Difference

The photo on the left is from March 2010, and the one on the right is from March 2011.  The difference between the two is right at 110 lbs.  Though I still have around 20 more lbs to go, I figure I've came quite a ways. :)

  1. You look fabulous!!
I am looking at blogs to gather information about the diet. I need for the cravings of sweets to come to a complete halt.
    Congratulations on your success!

  3. Well done you :0) I've managed to get to the weight I want to be by losing 20 pounds and am just checking up on how Marshall did at this next tricky stage! I have lost weight successfully in the past but it's keeping it off that's tricky.

    Hey ho!

  5. Brianna, you look amazing. You should be so proud of yourself. To grab life my the scruff of the neck and just decide you refuse to go on the way you were and to just slowly and steadfastly get on with making a difference is so brave. Enjoy your success, you totally deserve it.

  6. Thank you so much Joy. I very much appreciate your words of encouragement. I indeed have to remind myself sometimes how far I've come. I get discouraged when my progress slows, but that's the equivalent of driving for hours to reach a destination and becoming frustrated when the last half hour is slow going. I'm already so close!

  7. Wow!!! Amazing results! My Dr. told me about The Dukan diet. I was skeptical until reading your story. I am a diabetic and a chef. (A dangerous combination...lol) so you can imagine why I'm interested in the Dukan.

Thanks for keeping a blog and keep up the super work.
